
Google Has renew the lease for its two different offices. The new lease will begin from June this year. Real estate company Square Yards has reviewed the registration documents of this lease and shared all the necessary details related to it. According to the company, Google has made lease renew for the offices of two different companies- Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited this month. Let us tell you that both Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited are in Mumbai.
Google will pay Rs 4.79 crore for two offices
The total space of these two offices located at the First International Financial Center (FIFC) spread over 1.99 acres in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) in Mumbai is 1,49,658 sq ft. According to the information given by the real estate company, the office space of Google India Private Limited has a total of 1,10,980 square feet on two separate floors. For this office, Google will have to pay a fare of Rs 3.55 crore every month from June. On the other hand, the office space of Google Cloud India Private Limited is 38,678 square feet and it is on the same floor. From June, the monthly rent of this office will be Rs 1.24 crore. That is, Google will pay a total of Rs 4.79 crore every month for both its offices.
Fare will increase by 15 percent after 36 months
According to Square Yards, both Google India Private Limited and Google Cloud India Private Limited will pay a fare of Rs 320 every month for every square foot. Under the lease, both Google companies will have to pay 15% fare after 36 months. Google India Private Limited has submitted a security of Rs 9.64 crore and Google Cloud has submitted a security of 3.13 crore. Google India Private Limited lease was charged a stamp duty of Rs 1.87 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000. Whereas for Google Cloud India Private Limited, 66.92 lakh rupees Ku stamp duty and registration charge of Rs 30,000 is levied.
