IND vs Eng: England’s visit to India ended with the conclusion of the third ODI. Shubman Gill, a young opener of India’s victory in the third ODI, was the hero of India’s victory. Gill came out of a brilliant century from the bat. Gill scored 112 runs off 102 balls and won the Player of the Match Award. At the same time, Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer hit half -centuries. Kohli scored 52 runs while Iyer scored an innings of 78 runs. Indian captain Rohit Sharma could not contribute much with the bat in today’s match but he made a new record in the captaincy with winning the ODI series. Actually, Rohit Sharma has become the first such captain of India, under whose captaincy Team India has made a clean sweep of 4 teams in the ODI series. Rohit Sharma made a clean sweep of West Indies, Sri Lanka and New Zealand in 2023 as captain before cleaning England.
