The Indian team defeated the England team by 142 runs in the third ODI. Bowlers and batsmen performed strongly for India and Team India managed to win the match only because of these players. With this, the Indian team made a clean sweep in the series. Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer and Virat Kohli performed well for India. These players proved to be the biggest hero in Team India’s victory. These players played an important role in taking the Indian team to a big score.

Along with winning the match by 142 runs, India has registered its second biggest win against England in the history of ODI cricket. Earlier in 2008, India won the match against England by 158 runs and registered the biggest win against the British in ODI cricket.

Shubman Gill scored a strong century

The Indian team started very poorly. When captain Rohit Sharma returned to the pavilion by making just one. While he was in good form and he scored a century last match. But after his dismissal, Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill took over the responsibility of scoring runs. These players shared a 116 -run partnership for the second wicket.
