Starlink Satellite Internet Service has started in the neighboring country Bhutan before India. Alan Musk’s company may soon start its satellite internet service in India. After the completion of the spectrum allocation process by the telecom regulator, the company will also start its services in India. Starlink has announced this with its official X handle. Starlink’s satellite internet service in Bhutan is also important because there is more mountainous region. In such a situation, providing mobile and internet services through Teasteial Network is quite expensive and risky.

How much is the price?

According to the Starlink website, the information department of Bhutan has fixed the price of satellite internet service. Here the price of Residential Light Plan starts from NU 3,000 i.e. about Rs 3,100 per month, in which the users will be provided internet at a speed of 23 BPS to 100 BPS.

At the same time, users will have to spend NU 4,200 i.e. about Rs 4,300 every month for the standard residential plan. In this, users will get internet service from 25 BPS to 110 BPS speed. The price of Allen Musk’s satellite internet service is much higher than the local telecom operators there.

How to get satellite internet service?

Starlink’s satellite is available through the Spacex of the Internet service company. For this, ground terminals are installed, through which the internet is delivered to the houses. Starlink puts a ground terminal or receiver to bring its satellite internet to people’s homes. Internet beams come to this terminal from satellite and are transported to the houses through the wire installed. This means that the people of Bhutan will be able to access the superfast internet service by receiving the ground of Starlink in a hill area.
