Now the European Data Protection Board has prepared to take action on it.

According to the report coming out, this action can be taken by the National Regulatory of Europe on DeepC. The National Privacy Regulator has raised questions about the user data privacy of the Chinese company. There is no clericity about the use of user’s personal data on this AI tool, which can be banned in many European countries including France, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg. Italy has already banned it.
A spokesman for the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) told the media that several data protection authorities have started taking action on the Chinese Startup Company. In the coming time, many more action can be taken on the company. The European Data Protection Board formed a taskforce in April 2023 to investigate the use of user data through AI. This taskforce was earlier focusing on the chatgpt of Microsoft Backd Openai. Now there is also a Chinese AI company on his radar.
The European Union has always been vocal about the user data protection to protect the rights and privacy rights of the citizens. The European Union created a General Data Protection Regulation in the year 2018, one of the world’s tough data protection law. The Indian Finance Ministry has also recently issued guidelines regarding the use of AI tools like Deepseek AI and Chatgpt, so that the user’s data can be safe.
