In fact, in Bangladesh, on Wednesday, the miscreants vandalized the Dhanmandi-32 residence in Dhaka, the founder of Bangladesh, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. Along with this, Sheikh Hasina’s house ‘Sudha Sadan’ was also set on fire.

After these incidents, the interim government faced all -round criticisms. After this, the interim government promised to uproot all the devils that created instability in the country.

Operation Devil Hunt aims to prevent unrest across the country and fix public security. Mohammad Jahangir Alam, advisor to the Bangladesh government, said that it would continue until all the devils are put in the dock.

Why violence erupted?

Sheikh Hasina’s party Awami League appealed to her workers and leaders to hit the road on 6 February. The party had called for registering alleged cases against former PM Hasina and marching against the attack on minorities.

This march was to be taken out on the day of 6 months after Sheikh Hasina left Bangladesh. On this day, Sheikh Hasina was going to give an online speech to her supporters. Earlier, the student organization named ’24 Revolutionary Student-Janata ‘announced to take out the’ bulldozer march ‘at 9 pm in protest. For this, publicity was done on social media.

It was said to be demolished by Sheikh Hasina’s father’s house, but the protesters reached Dhanmandi-32 at the house of Sheikh Mujiburrrahman at 8 am and started sabotage.

Bangabandhu was killed in this house

Bangladesh founder Sheikh Mujibur Rahman lived in this house. On 15 August 1975, Bangabandhu, his wife, son, daughter -in -law and many relatives were murdered in this house. The house was then built as a memorial museum. Earlier on 5 August 2024, the house was attacked by the mob after Sheikh Hasina left the country. The fire was set on fire. Since then this house was deserted.

The movement against reservation had coupled

Sheikh Hasina left the country on 5 August last year and came to India. Actually, students were protesting against him. On June 5 in Bangladesh, the High Court implemented a 30% quota system in the job, protesting the students of universities in Dhaka against this reservation. This reservation was being given to the families of freedom fighters.

As soon as the government of Hasina ended this reservation, the students started demanding their resignation. On seeing this, a large number of students and common people took to the road against Hasina and their government. Two months after this Protest, he resigned as Prime Minister on 5 August. After this the interim government was established.

Hasina’s passport canceled, arrest warrant issued

The Yunus government formed after the coup in Bangladesh has registered more than 225 cases of murder, kidnapping to treason. At the same time, the Bangladeshi government has warned that while living in India, the statements being made by Hasina are spoiling the relationship between the two countries.

The Bangladesh government has also canceled Sheikh Hasina’s passport due to the killings in July. At the same time, an arrest warrant was issued against him by the International Criminal Tribunal of Bangladesh. The tribunal has directed Hasina to appear by 12 February.

Bangladesh has also appealed to India to deline Hasina. However, the Government of India has increased his visa, making it clear that he would not be sent to Bangladesh.
