Crisil Q3 Results: Rating agency Crisil Limited has announced the dividend on 10 February today. The company’s board of directors have recommended final dividend of Rs 26 (on face value of Rs 1 face value) on each stock. With this, the total dividend for the year has been Rs 56 per share. In addition, the company has also announced the results of the third quarter of FY25. Crisil shares fell by 2.47 per cent today and this stock has closed at Rs 5097.90 on BSE.
The company stated in the exchange filing that the annual general meeting (AGM) for FY 2024 will be held on 30 April 2025, in which a decision will be taken on payment of final dividend. If it is approved by shareholders in AGM, the final dividend will be paid on 6 May 2025.
Quarterly results of Crisil
Crisil Limited’s net profit increased by 7 per cent to ₹ 224.7 crore in the December quarter. In the same quarter of the last financial year, Crisil recorded a net profit of ₹ 210.1 crore. The company’s revenue declined to ₹ 917.7 crore to 0.5 per cent to ₹ 912.9 crore in Q3Fy24. Ebitda increased from ₹ 271.6 crore to ₹ 287 crore in the third quarter to ₹ 287 crore. The Ebitda margin was 31.4% in the December quarter, while it was 29.6% in the quarter of a year ago.
