The board of directors of the company approved an interim dividend of ₹ 65 per equity share for the financial year 2024-25. Along with this, the company has also released the results of the third quarter of FY25. The company’s shares saw a decline of 0.74 percent today. This stock has closed at the price of Rs 8853.40 on BSE. The company’s market cap is Rs 28,849 crore.
Gillette India Dividend’s record date
Gillette India set a record date on 19 February 2025 to decide the eligibility of shareholders under the interim dividend. It will be paid on or before 7 March 2025. Explain that Gillette India declared special and interim dividend of ₹ 40 and ₹ 45 in February 2024. After this, the final dividend of ₹ 45 was declared in November 2024. The company announced in May 2017 is the highest dividend declared by Gillette India in the last eight years.
Quarterly results of Gillette India
Gillette India’s net profit increased by 21.1 percent to Rs 125.97 crore in the December quarter. The company received support from strong brand fundamentals in strategic portfolio, positive consumer response on innovation and better retail execution. The company recorded a net profit of ₹ 103.95 crore in the same quarter of the last financial year.
The company’s revenue rose 7.2 per cent to ₹ 685.55 crore during the quarter, while in Q3Fy24 it was ₹ 639.46 crore. The company’s Ebitda increased from ₹ 156.8 crore to 16.6% to ₹ 182.8 crore. Margin increased from 24.5% to 26.7% in the previous year.
