Glimpse of discussion program on exam
The eighth edition of the discussion on the exam will be held at Pragati Maidan in New Delhi at 11 am today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will hold talks with school students, teachers and parents in Bharat Mandapam. More than five crore participants are expected to participate in the program this year. For the first time, the discussion on the exam will be in a new format. Celebrities like film star Deepika Padukone, six -time world boxing champion MC Mary Kom and spiritual guru Sadhguru will guide students about dealing with examination stress.
Prime Minister Modi will give information on preparation, stress management and personal development for the exam. This year, 36 students from various institutions including government schools, Kendriya Vidyalayas, Sainik Schools, Eklavya Model Residential Schools, CBSE and Navodaya Vidyalayas have been selected to join the Prime Minister directly. Eight special episodes of discussion on the exam will be released, in which experts from different fields will share their experiences with students.
There will be eight episodes on these subjects
Sports and Discipline: MC Mary Kom, Avni Lekhra and Suhas Yatiraj will talk about target setting, flexibility and stress management through discipline.
Mental Health: Deepika Padukone will discuss the importance of emotional welfare and self-expression.
nutrition: Shonali Sabarwal and Rujuta Divekar will throw light on healthy eating habits and the role of good sleep in educational success. Revant Himatsing, known as Food Farmer, will give information about adopting a healthy lifestyle.
Technology and Finance: Gaurav Chaudhary (Technical Guruji) and Radhika Gupta will show ways to use technology as a tool for better education and financial literacy.
Creativity and positivity: Vikrant Massey and Bhumi Pednekar will motivate students to see and leave negative thoughts, which will promote a positive mentality.
Mindfulness and Mental Peace: Sadhguru will share practical mindfulness techniques to help students maintain mental clarity and attention.
success stories: Along with toppers of various examinations like UPSC, IIT-JEE, CLAT, CBSE, NDA, ICSE etc., participants of the previous edition of PPC will explain how the discussion on the examination affected and inspired their preparation strategies.
The first edition of PPC was held in 2018 at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi. Last year, it was held in the Town Hall format at Bharat Mandapam, Pragati Maidan, which was attended by students from India and abroad.
