This property is in a Commercial Project called Veer Signature. It has been developed by Veer Group.

The carpet area of Sunny Leone’s purchased office space is 176.98 square meters (about 1,904.91 sq ft) and the built-up area 194.67 sq meter (about 2,095 sq ft). Three car parking slots are also included under this agreement. A stamp duty of Rs 35.01 lakh has been paid for the purchase of this property and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
According to the property document, the deal was registered in February 2025. The property has been purchased from Annad Kamalnayan Pandit and Rupa Anand Pandit’s company Aishwarya Property and Estates. Anand Pandit is a famous filmmaker, distributor and real estate developer who has produced films like ‘Total Dhamaal’, ‘Facial’ and ‘The Big Bull’.
