New Delhi: AAP convenor Arvind Kejriwal has intensified the BJP and Aam Aadmi Party’s allegations against the allegations against the Haryana government for dissolving poison in the Yamuna water. Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini has demanded an apology from Kejriwal, saying that he should not apologize for his statement or else a defamation suit will be done against him. At the same time, on the allegation of AAP, the Election Commission has sought a report from the Saini government. By 12 noon today, the Saini government will present its case before the Election Commission. Kejriwal accused the Haryana government of dissolving poison in Yamuna, calling it a conspiracy to massacre. However, the Delhi Jal Board has rejected Kejriwal’s claim.

Accused of mixing poison in Yamuna

In fact, former Delhi Chief Minister and AAP leader Kejriwal had alleged that the BJP is trying to keep the people of Delhi thirsty by doing dirty politics. He said, “BJP people in Haryana are mixing poison in the Yamuna river water and are sending it to Delhi. If the people of Delhi drink this water, many people will die. Can there be more disgusting than this?” Kejriwal was commenting on the allegation of Delhi CM Atishi that the Haryana government was deliberately shedding industrial waste in Yamuna, from where the national capital takes its water.

Election Commission sought report

On Kejriwal’s allegations, a senior BJP leader said, “The Haryana government will definitely take Kejriwal to the court. We will also knock the Election Commission’s door against him and his party on Tuesday.” At the same time, Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini criticized Kejriwal and said that it is his habit to make baseless allegations and blame others. Explain that the Election Commission on Monday sought a factual report from Haryana on the allegations made by Atishi about the level of ammonia in water supply from Haryana.

Voting on February 5

Explain that all 70 assembly seats are to be voted on February 5 under the Delhi Assembly elections. The results of the elections will come on February 8 and only then will it be known that this time the leader of which party will sit on the throne of the Chief Minister of Delhi. Earlier, no political party wants to leave the core on its behalf. (With PTI inputs)
