A small passenger plane crashed in Gramado city of Brazil on Sunday. 10 people died in the accident. According to Reuters, the plane first hit the chimney of a building and crashed into the same building. After this there was a crash at a nearby furniture shop.

Area Governor Eduardo Leite said in a social media post – I am at the site of the plane crash in Gramado with the State Defense Forces. Emergency teams are currently engaged in rescue operations at the incident site. Initial information has revealed that no passenger on board the plane has survived.

According to the state Public Safety Office, at least 15 people have been admitted to the hospital in critical condition.
