The story of the film was also quite good in which a girl named educated and intelligent Ganga is living a poor lifestyle with her parents in a small village in India. When she is being tampered with, Shankar comes to save her, but is crippled for some time. One day while worshiping the river, she scolds Ranjit, son of rich Thakur Vijay Singh. Vijay is affected by the Ganges and decides their marriage. Shankar’s mother contacts Ganga’s parents, but is humiliated, because she does not want Ganga to marry a handicapped person. Ganga agrees to marry Ranjit, but Ranjit accuses her of having a relationship with another person on the wedding day and refuses to marry her. Shankar again comes to save him, confesses his crime to the criminal, Ranjit apologizes and offers to marry him.
